Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During product launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight

• Package dimensions

• Delivery address

• Carrier-selected service level

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship within the United States.

• USPS

• UPS

Carrier options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Dryad Collective, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Carrier service interruptions

• Weather

• High shipping volume

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

• Events beyond our control

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Incomplete address

• Failure to claim delivery

The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

• Check with neighbors

• Check your mailbox or building office

• Contact the carrier directly

We will assist where possible but do not automatically reship delivered packages.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 10 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

Approved claims may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or rerouted.
