Returns

 

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong design.


Please review your order carefully before checkout.



Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery.


Email: returns@dryadcollective.com

Include:

Order number

Clear photos of the issue

Packaging if damage occurred during shipping


If approved, we will:

Send a replacement

Or issue a refund at our discretion


We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after 10 days.



Lost Packages


Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

Check with neighbors

Check your mailbox or local post office

Contact the carrier directly


We will assist where possible, but we do not automatically reship delivered orders.



Order Cancellations


Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.


After shipment, cancellations are not possible.



Wholesale Orders


All wholesale and bulk orders are final sale unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
